Cancellation Policy

This policy defines how to handle cancellations

• Please note, if cancelled, 10 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
• If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

• All children are welcome.
• All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
• Up to one older child or adult will be charged ZAR 150.00 per night per person for extra bed.
• Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1
• Maximum capacity of baby cots in a room is 1

Deposit Policy

• 50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

This policy defines VAT and additional city/tourist taxes.

• 14 % VAT is included.
• Service charge is not applicable.
• City/tourist tax is not applicable.
